As part of a house built in Arts and Crafts style, the kitchen was designed to be sympathetic and complimentry to the style, but with all the Mod Cons underneath. Miele appliances, including a Steamer over, combi microwave, integrated fridge and freezers, as well as a Parmco motorised rangehood that draws steam down and out under the benchtop. Solid timber doors, handmade leadlight glazing, and handpainted with intentional brushstrokes such that any visitor would have the impression that it was "always there" as well as adding to the challenge of construction.
